Submission: Customers must submit a refund request within 7 business days of the transaction.
Investigation: Refunds are subject to verification and investigation by our technical team.
Timeline: Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used or credited to your Paysonet wallet.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted for:
